The emphasis was very much on using materials that were from sustainable sources as well as being 100% biodegradable. We also had to ensure that the mailer was compact but robust enough to offer a good level of protection so that it arrived looking fantastic.

Using a kraft e-flute we initially produced a working dummy to test. Once happy with the construction, we went into production printing the outer in a simple but effective 1 colour design. The products were fulfilled along with a booklet and despatched to 140+ recipients on a tracked next day service.
